Zabar.store operates as a marketplace connecting independent Sellers with Buyers. This means that each Seller on our platform sets their own individual return and refund policies. Zabar.store does not dictate these policies but requires Sellers to maintain fair and reasonable rules.

When you purchase an item, you are entering into a contract with the Seller, not directly with Zabar.store. Please review the Seller's policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. General Return Framework for Sellers

All Sellers on Zabar.store are required to have a return policy that is clearly displayed on their store page and/or individual product listings. As a minimum standard, Seller policies must include:

  • The number of days a Buyer has to request a return (the "Return Window").

  • The condition items must be in to be eligible for a return (e.g., unused, in original packaging).

  • Who pays for return shipping costs (the Buyer or the Seller).

  • What type of refund will be given (e.g., full refund, store credit, exchange).

3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Step 1: Contact the Seller Directly
If you wish to return an item or request a refund, your first step is to contact the Seller directly through the "Message Seller" feature on your order page or via their provided contact details. Please do this within the Seller's stated return window.

Step 2: Provide Necessary Information
Explain the reason for the return and provide your order number. The Seller is responsible for providing you with instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address.

Step 3: Ship the Item (If Required)
Once the Seller has approved your return, you may be asked to ship the item back. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the proof of postage. The Seller is not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.

4. Common Return Scenarios

  • Changed Your Mind / Wrong Size/Color: Acceptance of these returns is at the Seller's discretion based on their policy. You will likely be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Defective Item: If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a return/refund. Please contact the Seller immediately with photos or video evidence of the issue. The Seller is responsible for resolving this, typically by covering the return shipping costs and providing a full refund.

  • Item Not Received: If your order never arrived, first check the tracking information. If there is an issue, contact the Seller. They are responsible for ensuring the item is shipped and delivered to you.

5. Refund Process

  • Once the Seller receives the returned item and confirms it is in the required condition, they will process your refund according to their policy.

  • The timing for the refund to appear in your original payment method will depend on your bank or payment provider, but it typically takes 5-10 business days after the Seller processes it.

  • Please note: Zabar.store facilitates the payment transaction. The refund is ultimately issued by the Seller.

6. Seller Responsibilities

As a Seller on Zabar.store, you are responsible for:

  • Creating a Clear Policy: You must have a easy-to-find, written return and refund policy.

  • Honoring Your Policy: You must adhere to the terms of your own stated policy.

  • Customer Communication: You are expected to respond to return and refund requests from Buyers in a timely and professional manner.

  • Issuing Refunds: You are responsible for promptly issuing approved refunds through the platform.

7. Zabar.store's Role in Disputes

If you and a Seller cannot reach an agreement on a return or refund, you can contact Zabar.store Support to open a dispute. Our team will review the communication, the Seller's stated policy, and the evidence provided by both parties to help mediate a fair resolution.
